If you are booked onto one of our courses you must adhere to our Terms & Conditions set out below.

  • CS Beauty Academy Wrexham will respect student privacy at all times and will not make available any of the students personal information.
  • Students may be required to pair up and work on each other or supply their own models to demonstrate practical skills.If a student is unable to supply a model, CS Beauty Academy will try to arrange a model for the student but cannot guarantee this.
  • Students are responsible for patch testing their models with guidance supplied by CS Beauty Academy at least 24 hours before course commencement.
  • All handouts, workbooks or any literature supplied are the copyright of CS Beauty Academy Wrexham and must not be copied and or shown to other training establishments.
  • All course fees must be paid 7 days before your course commencement date, unless prior arrangements have been made between CS Beauty Academy and the student.
  • Deposits secure your course booking for the date requested, deposits are non refundable.
  • If you need to change the date of your course or are unable to attend on the agreed date please contact CS Beauty Academy giving at least 48 hours notice of cancellation so alternative arrangements can be made.
  • VTCT beauty, nail and massage courses are delivered at CS Beauty Academy premises only and cannot be delivered at students homes or any other premises.
  • Relevant kits and uniform must be purchased by any student undertaking a VTCT beauty, nail, hair or massage Course.
  • VTCT classes require a minimum number of 4 students in order for the course to commence in the event of this not running we will advertise and start at a later date, students deposit will be transferred to the next date.
